presenters, speakers, facilitators and teachers - anyone who needs
to deliver a message with impact from the front of the room. Rich
focuses on teaching skills and techniques which are simple and practical
so that you can use them immediately in your own workshops. His
techniques are based on the latest brain research. As a result of
using Rich's techniques your participants will learn faster and
remember more.
Corporate In-House Training
is a cost effective solution for larger groups, and offers you the
chance to tailor the course to accommodate your own organisation's
training needs. Please contact
us for more information on course content and pricing options.
The Back of the Room is available to all Rich Allen graduates.
This is a chance to look underneath what Rich does and why he does
it. Instead of participating, you get to observe from the back of
the room. This allows you to analyse what Rich does, his techniques,
the language, the music to mention a few.
The Next Step Personalized Coaching Workshop
This workshop is designed for the greatest amount of personal
attention possible. The number of participants in this program is
limited to 18 ensuring the maximum amount of coaching time. Participants
should be prepared to present at least one short segment of a prepared
(or brand new) presentation to receive maximum benefit from this
unique opportunity. Each morning of the 3 day program is spent learning
from brief presentations that take place in a safe, helpful atmosphere.
The afternoons are spent in even smaller groups
discussing topics, practicing skills gleaned in the morning session,
or polishing the details in a presentation. Aside from a wealth
of topics relating directly to the facilitation of learning, some
participants in the past have chosen to explore training issues
such as: The "Business" of training (writing contracts, what to
charge, how to get work, etc...), Room set-up issues, The "Logistics"
of the travelling trainer, How to give a keynote address, and so
much more!
