When you register, we assume you acknowledge the Conditions of Business. These are: (a) An appropriate substitute participant is welcome anytime before the course starts. Please let us know the replacement's name. (b) A full refund will be made if a cancellation is received in writing within 21 days prior to the commencement of the course. (c) A booking fee of $75 will be charged if you transfer to another course or date. Notification needed 21 days or more prior to the course date. (d) No refunds are possible for any cancellations received less than 21 days prior to the course or for non-arrival at a course for any reason. On rare occasions we may alter venues, or running times at our discretion. In the event of a change affecting dates or times, we will offer you a refund. Sometimes, when attendances are low, we may cancel a course in the interests of good training. We will give you a choice of a refund or a placement on another course of the same value. You specifically agree that no claim can be made against Jayne Richardson or the presenter for any incidental loss.

All registrations are confirmed by email within 48 hours.  Payment can be made by cheque or internet banking.
